Summer Vista is a community within Steiner Ranch featuring homes built by Taylor Morrison with their “Inspration Series” designs. These homes were required to be at least 3000 sqft, a 3-car garage, and have exteriors that combined a mix of brick and stone. There were only a handful of floor plans available in Summer Vista and all of them feature open floor plans and focal-point kitchens. Students K-5 in Summer Vista attend Laura W Bush Elementary School. The majority of home sites in Summer Vista are either on greenbelts or have views of Lake Austin, and there are miles of hike-and-bike trails that surround this community with several easy access points.
