Bella Mar, a subdivision in Steiner Ranch, features beautiful homes (some with spectacular canyon views) as well as the newest of three amenity centers. At Bella Mar, you’ll find a Jr Olympic pool (heated year-round), a covered kiddie pool / splash pad, and another larger pool for the less-serious, relaxed-type crowd. In the summer time, people flock here and enjoy their afternoon with the favorite beverages of choice, listen to music and enjoy a sun-filled day with their friends and family. The covered pavilion is available for rent through the HOA and features vaulted ceilings w/ ceiling fans, electricity outlets and bathrooms. There are several playgrounds (also covered), a basketball court, several tennis courts, and large parks — perfect for practicing neighborhood sports, throwing a Frisbee, or teaching your kiddo how to ride a bike. Students K-5 in Bella Mar attend River Ridge Elementary School.
